Specificity: white crystal or crystalline powder; taste salty,readily deliquescent, readily soluble in water or glycerine (1g/0.5ml water), relative density; 1.98, when heated to 230,it will melt and decompose.
USES: In food industry,it is used as buffer, chelate agent,stabilizer, antibiotic oxidizer, emulsifier, flavor regulator.
Used in dairy products,jellies,jam,meat, tinned pastry.Used
as emulsifier in cheese and used in citrus freshening. In pharmaceutical, it is used for curing hypokalemia, potassium
depletion and alkalization of urine.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a cool,ventilative and dry warehouse,kept away from moisture and hot,furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous. Avoid damage to the bags. Its expiry date is eighteen month.
